1. Product Overview
This External Polishing Machine is designed for polishing the outer surface of large-diameter metal pipes and cylindrical workpieces. It is widely used in stainless steel and carbon steel tube processing, including surface grinding, deburring, weld bead removal, and mirror polishing.
The system is equipped with a 7.5KW high-efficiency Wannan main motor (with inverter control) and a 4KW reducer, delivering stable and adjustable polishing power. Three heavy-duty support stands hold pipes up to 8 meters in length, and by rotating the workpiece, the machine can polish up to 12 meters in total.
The polishing head moves along a maximum 6000mm travel path, while the adjustable chuck system ensures secure clamping for different pipe diameters. A 100mm dust port is reserved for dust extraction, promoting a cleaner working environment.
