The Working Envelope
Use the published range as a fit-check before quotation. Final configuration should be reviewed against the actual drawing, workpiece weight, internal geometry and required surface acceptance.
Ø350–1000 mm
Applicable workpiece diameter
3,000 mm
Maximum polishing length per pass
4 kW
Main motor power
1-ton table
Adjustable roller support
Fit the Machine to the Part
This machine is designed for internal polishing of straight, open-ended stainless-steel tubes, cylinders and similar cylindrical workpieces. The workpiece is supported on an adjustable roller table while the polishing assembly travels along the part.
Suitable workpieces
- Stainless-steel tubes, cylinders and fabricated cylindrical sections
- Open-ended components within the published Ø350–1000 mm range
- Parts whose required polishing length is within the 3,000 mm single-pass specification
Confirm before quotation
Stepped sections, restricted access, internal fittings, unusual wall geometry and critical surface requirements need an engineering review before the supplied configuration can be defined.
A Controlled Internal Polishing Path
Adjustable roller support
The workpiece is supported by an adjustable 1-ton roller table with six Ø150 mm polyurethane rollers. The roller-table drive uses a 370 W motor with an NMRV050 reducer at a 1:80 ratio.
Traveling polishing assembly
The polishing head is mounted on the beam and travels across the workpiece. Its rear section uses a pneumatic floating mechanism to support controlled contact during the polishing process.
Variable-frequency motion control
Variable-frequency control is used for transverse beam travel and workpiece rotation, allowing the process to be planned around the part and the agreed tooling sequence.
Tooling and Surface-Finish Planning
The machine uses replaceable flap wheels and cloth wheels. Select consumables according to the material, starting surface condition, internal geometry and finish requirement.
Final surface acceptance should be defined through the drawing, sample requirement and inspection method. Do not rely on a generic “mirror finish” description when a specific Ra, appearance standard or weld-treatment result is required.
Process Reference Photographs
These photographs show roller-supported workpieces and polishing-tool access. They are provided as process references; final supplied configuration is defined by the technical agreement.

Tool alignment: polishing tool at the open tube end.

Internal access: the open end shows available polishing-tool access.

Process setting: machines and cylindrical workpieces in a workshop reference view.

Frequently Asked Questions
What workpiece diameter is covered?
The published workpiece diameter range is Ø350–1000 mm.
What is the maximum polishing length?
The published maximum is 3,000 mm per polishing pass.
Which consumables can be used?
The published configuration uses replaceable flap wheels and cloth wheels. The correct choice depends on the part and agreed process requirement.
Can the final surface result be guaranteed from this page?
No. The part drawing, starting condition, tooling plan, sample requirement and inspection method must define final surface acceptance.
